CKD-EPI(肌酐)由Levey等人于 2009 年开发,Inker等人于 2012 年验证,发现比 MDRD 方程更准确。近期关于对黑人患者使用的争论已经出现(种族是一种社会结构,而不是生物结构),因此,Inker等人在 2021 年更新了 CKD-EPI 公式,以便从方程中去除种族因素。
